About the role

Our Client is looking for ServiceNow Solution Architect.


Your responsibilities

  • 7 to 10 years of demonstrable experience in an organization focused on Service Now professional services and solution-selling.

  • Most backgrounds can be considered but ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, Security technology tools will be of significant focus and interest.

  • Experience working with Global Technology Consulting organization’s ServiceNow practice would be an added advantage.

  • Work with clients to present implementation vision with creation of technical best practices to improve delivery, efficiency and quality projects. Assist with technical challenges across a portfolio of complex projects.

  • Development of required client specific reporting and development of requirement integration components. Prepare all technology related client facing and internal deliverables. Provide technical design and leadership and ensure the highest standard of technical quality.


You will have

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science.



  • At least 5 years of experience in hands-on ServiceNow platform (either System administration, User Interface modification or architectural knowledge) meeting client requirements and performing system tuning.

  • At least 4 years of experience in/with ITIL. Understanding of packaging and migration of configurations. Ability to tailor existing ITIL workflows to customer requirements using workflow editor.

  • A consistent track record of exceptional delivery across global clients in Asia-Pacific with focus on global/ regional customers in Singapore and overall ASEAN region.

  • At least 5 years' experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform including the customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.

  • Experienced in coordinating with offshore Service delivery/ technical team members to a desired solution-requirements review, code reviews, support and coaching.
