About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Sales Engineer responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle. This is an exciting role that demands initiative and enthusiasm. You will help close small and large (multi-million dollar) complex deals with Fortune 500 companies.


Your responsibilities

  • Support sales team by providing product, architecture and requirement analysis expertise.

  • Communicate technical value proposition for company products across the region to prospect. 

  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Work closely with the product team with regard to product issues & new feature development.

  • Primarily provide presales support for the development and implementation of products\solutions. 

  • Working closely with sales team assessing the customer requirement across the region.

  • May provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation. 

  • Analyse business and technical needs of the prospect and existing client.

  • Lead Demos and writing technical responses based on the client engagement. 


You will have

  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 7 plus years of relevant work experience in with Presales engagements and/or customer technical management.

  • Must have good knowledge of Java and basic understanding of JVM & Linux.

  • Good Presentation Skill & technical writing skills and should be able to communicate well with customers.

  • Should be a strong team player and ability to communicate effectively.

  • You thrive under pressure and can manage multiple, simultaneous engagements with different prospects.

  • Strong influencing skills, specifically to a C-level leadership level.
