About the role
To be part of an evolving team focusing on SalesForce Service Cloud administration and support, M&A integration activities for Support team. Process Excellence focuses on process improvements for our global support teams using the SalesForce tool.
Your responsibilities

Candidates will work in Salesforce Service Cloud and provide system administration setup support to our global teams, e.g. user setups, profiles and roles, workflows, validation, custom objects.

Translating user requirement and deliver features to improve functionality and process efficiencies in cross departments.

Understand the constraint and configuration of the instance to provide continued benefit of the tool.

Hands on development experience with Apex, Visualforce page designs, triggers & etc.
You will have

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Candidate with SalesForce Service Cloud administration, and/or SalesForce Administrator or Developer certification is a must.

Experience working with ITIL processes: Incident Management and Problem management is an added advantage.

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh grad may be considered.

Knowledge with Eclipse IDE, APEX, Visualforce would be a plus point.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is a must.
