Our client is a well-known chemical company with strong regional presence in the region for decades. One of their division is currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead their Plastics Resins & Additives Division.
About the role
Leading the division to drive sales, profitability and expand the current team.
Your responsibilities

Responsible for profit and loss of the division.

Develop sales plans, forecast and budget for the division.

Drive sales, active business development in sectors of high potential based on current market trends and requirements.

Grow the assigned division and tap into new opportunities.

Hire, lead and train sales team.

Build good rapport with current and potential clients.

Conduct and customer research, market and competitors' activities.
You will have

Min 8 years of working experience in Industrial Sales.

Min 3 years in leading a team.

Good understanding of the Plastics industry.

Proven sales track records.

Min Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
