Our client is a well-known luxury brand / Consumer Goods. 


About the role

Provide support and control over Funds to Trade related matters.


Your responsibilities

FTT Claims 

  • To check and verify validity of FTT claims in terms of depletions, FTT brand allocation and any relevant supporting info/documents.

  • To review and analyze FTT expenses, compared with budget (TMB).

Contract Management 

  • To check and verify all contract drafts prior to submission per DOA for validation and signatures.

  • To track and ensure contracts are being issued systematically and in a timely manner in accordance with the SOP and approval matrix.

SAP Related Matters 

  • Prepare data and upload agreements based on approved TMB to Vistex.

  • Track and follow up systematically and in a timely manner with final signed contracts (if not available at the time of approved TMB) to ensure consistency with Vistex agreement uploaded.

  • To review and analyze accruals, compared with budget (TMB) including phasing.

Accruals Management

  • To review the monthly and half yearly accruals process for accurate and timely submission.

  • Liaise with finance team on the accrual’s submission.

Bottle Collection reporting

  • Liaise with sales team and bottle collection contractor on bottle collection program, specifically on inclusion and exclusion of outlets, analysis of bottle collection report for management purpose, and follow up actions where necessary.

Wholesaler Sell-Out and Replenishment and Reimbursement compilation

  • To collect and collate the wholesaler sell-out and the R&R submission.

  • To ensure timely submission by the wholesalers and there are no errors in the file.

  • To audit the submission with all corresponding Invoice to ensure integrity of the data.

  • To reproduce the reports in a proper and readable summary.

  • To ensure all figures reported in the R&R is fully replenished by manner of the Sales Order Forms (SOF).


You will have

  • Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Finance / Administration or equivalent.

  • Strong communication skills both in oral and written English.

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in the FMCG or Wines & Spirits industry would be advantageous.

  • MS Excel & SAP experience required.

  • Good networking, influencing, and communication skills.

  • Outspoken and ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Meticulous with strict attention to details.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented.

  • Outgoing personality.

  • Self-motivator / Self-starter.
