About the role

  • Act as a driver for the successful transformation into a Process Based Organization Act as process steward, by ensuring process design, performance, are continually managed and improved.

  • Manage change selection and prioritization which is based on data driven decisions, business value and return on investment is paramount.

  • Co-driving the setup and sustainability of APAC regional and global process alignment.

  • Represent business teams and locations to support in driving process change and standardization across the region for all processes.

  • Contribute to key strategic projects and programs for the APAC region as Process Manager for all processes.

  • Identify process improvement/standardization/automation potential and initiate, support and/or lead respective optimization projects.


Your responsibilities

Regional and Global Process Alignment

  • Pursue and deliver “end to end” process improvements across all processes.

  • Member of the global process owner team and align with the Global Process Owner, e.g. projects, processes, approach, and operating model.

  • Collaborate, motivate and energize process SME/owner community together with Process Excellence team.


Process Improvement Identification and qualification

  • Track and respond to KPI measurements, and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Identify and prioritize process optimization and harmonization opportunities through assessing Pain Points, and Industry or Internal Best Practices (e.g. “Business Blueprint 2.0”).

  • Qualify and quantify process optimization potential (focus on tangible benefits, developing ROI calculations, Business Case to justify).


Consult on/Support or Lead Process Excellence Projects

  • Initiate, lead and/or support optimization and harmonization projects in cooperation with the business teams and Process Excellence/Business Process Owner Teams.

  • Have an end to end process focus that optimizes processes across other streams and business areas, and the Enterprise.

  • Responsible for visible & measurable project benefits reporting, tracking & realization for all processes.

  • Responsible for promoting Continuous Improvement culture and mindset across the business.


Process Stewardship

  • Managing the Regional Oracle Change Request and Demand Management Process (Production and during deployments). 

  • Managing Business Leaders and Affiliate stakeholders impacted by change proposals.

  • Develop and lead process stream governance model (regionally and globally as needed), e.g. meetings, facilitating decision making, and reporting to key stakeholders.

  • Periodic review of process catalogue as well as respective Maps and DTPs, checking for completeness and accuracy.

  • Enable overarching best practice and lessons learned sharing across the community of process owners.

  • Handle escalations for non-adherence within processes, develop solution plan and measures and present to management for execution.


Process Consultant for Key APAC Projects (e.g. Hybris, Atlas Benefits Realization)

  • Engage with Business Leaders to ensure process proper design and alignment with key strategic projects.

  • Support the transformation to a Process Based Organization.

  • Ensure realization of business requirements in conjunction with related IT systems (e.g. Oracle).

  • Hold role in representing regional business interests in Oracle EBS functional configurations.


You will have

  • University Diploma required, Business, Management, Marketing, or Economics preferred.

  • 7+ years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Related Project Organization (Operations and/or Consulting function).

  • Proven project management and/or process optimization experience/qualifications.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Sees the “big picture” and can translate company strategy/goals into objectives, then actions, resulting in tangible benefits.

  • Pro-activeness and eagerness to succeed.

  • Has leadership skills and is a motivator.

  • Innovative - Is solution-oriented and thinks “3 steps ahead”.
