Our Client is a Global MNC in Foods & Beverage Industry 

 

About the role

As the Engagement Manager you will own the release of the product and support platform rollout across all Regional offices. You will ensure that our B2B eCommerce platforms are embedded within Regions and business processes.  You will offer strategic advice and guidance in working with the local project owner/PO to help launch and scale up of the B2B platform.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Preparing and initiating platform roll-out in the Region together with the Local Project Lead/Regional Product Lead and development team.

  • Voice of the customer – Gather user insights & needs and defines requirements for features together with project lead.

  • Assists Regional offices with competitive analysis, market positioning and business case development.

  • Embed a customer- centric mind-set within the B2B business and participating Regional offices as we define customer needs and respective solutions.

  • Supports the Product Lead to develop acceptance criteria and customer demos (review UX designs, trouble shoot user issues/bugs).

  • Gather business requirements through leading ambition, functional and kick off workshops.  Lead distributor sell-in and feedback sessions. 

  • Keeping leadership up to date on development progress across markets.

  • Timely and successful rollout of B2B platform and customer adoption.

  • Full delivery on time and in full to prioritized list of delivery across the regional offices.

 

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business and IT.

  • 5 years’ experience as an ecommerce product manager.

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an ecommerce product environment.

  • Experience and knowledge of B2B ecommerce solutions and with agile methodologies.

  • Strong leadership skills, authority to make decisions, drive OpCos and interact with senior stakeholders when needed.

  • Business savvy and commercially driven, able to connect IT & business.

  • Effective communicator, able to deal with multiple key stakeholders.

  • Team player: you work well with internal staff and (external) development team(s) and understand (and can overcome) diverging needs.

  • Willing to travel.
