They are currently looking for a strong individual to lead their digital practice in the region and looking for someone with the following skillsets:

 

About the role

  • An elite practitioner with excellent Digital Transformation consulting skills, who is an expert in Digital technologies, business models, market trends with an extensive network of Digital partners, that can be used to develop strategic Digital solutions from both a business and IT perspective.

  • Has recruited and developed consulting talent to build a Digital consulting practice.

  • Develops and empowers team members though formal and informal feedback readily coaching and mentoring your own team and client staff.

  • Maximises utilisation on complex, large and high risk assignments.

  • Delivery focused taking bold and rapid decisions in the absence of solid solutions.

  • Ascertains client culture and strategic goals developing strong partnerships and sales lines.

  • Meets practice targets in terms of revenue; gross profit and permanent headcount.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Develops Digital Transformation specific propositions and has demonstrated an ability to build a substantial pipeline. 

  • Strong personal network and reputation in key markets.

  • Sells major Digital assignments with far reaching impacts to the client.

  • Manages major sales with profitable advantage to the organisation.

  • Owns the sales process for Digital Transformation within the practice and collaborates with other practices.

  • Establishes effective and influential networks which are key to evolving opportunities.

  • An expert in Digital technologies, business models, market trends with an extensive network of Digital partners, that can be used to develop strategic Digital solutions from both a business and IT perspective.

  • Proven capability to position the organisation as a trusted advisor to clients and experienced in advising on how Digital solutions can be exploited to create a competitive advantage in both B2C and B2B verticals.

 

You will have

  • 10-15 years in consulting having led Business driven Digital solutions.

  • Understands consulting as a business and can demonstrate competency in the ability to translate customer/business requirements into business solutions.

  • Experience in managing a consulting practice with P&L responsibilities, including setting budgets and developing new profitable service lines.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead people; organize, develop and motivate a team; get results through others; excellent project management/planning skills. 

  • Conducted pre-sales activities, developed new client relationships, qualifying opportunities, created and delivered proposals and successfully closed new business. 

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, collaboration and problem solving skills.

  • Hands on experience working with engagements/transformational by nature.
