They are also the world’s leading supplier of liquefied natural gas process technology and equipment.


About the role

  • Accountable for all processes within the region in the Customer, Pricing and Contracts area. 

  • Responsible for deploying both in region and enterprise wide strategies, along with data standards and governance to meet the requirements of the multiple countries and business served by Shared Business Services.

  • Maintain and leverage regional resources to gain process and business alignment and enable deployment of processes for a new and existing geographies and businesses.


Your responsibilities

  • Responsible to implement and drive processes within the Regional SBS teams to deliver these commitments.

  • Exemplifies a commitment to continuous improvement motivating others to achieve the same.

  • Responsible for the process activities (and help support data activities) for MA&D and Key/Enterprise Products within the Customer Master Stream directly supporting the Customer Master Process Manager.

  • Provide Regional Process Leadership supporting our Customer Master processes.

  • Ensure sustainable internal controls are in place to meet legal requirements in the region including compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.

  • Work with other ‘execution teams' impacting Customer Master to identify gaps in SAP and OSAP systems to identify workable solutions.

  • Ensure timely Customer Master deliverables for Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.

  • Responsible for new training content and ensure its effective implementation.

  • Maintain and communicate SBS processes and procedures and drive implementation.

  • Active role in identification and specifications for new Data Quality Audits.

  • Liaison with execution teams to identify training opportunities for end-users/data stewards.

  • Continuous development of a global / regional training Curriculum for Customer Master, along with Power Users and Process Manager.


You will have

  • Degree with 5 years preferably in Shared Service Center.

  • AP Customer Master Knowledge is essential, including Customer, Pricing, Contracts and Contact.

  • English & Regional Language (Mandarin) skill set a Must.

  • Exposure to Material, Vendor and Plant Master Data (MM,VM,PP).

  • Invoice to Cash , Prospect to Customer, Container Holdings knowledge is beneficial.

  • Analytical, high integrity, mature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player able to interact constructively with all levels of staff.
