About the role

Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Supply Chain Management professionals with specialization in Sourcing & Procurement help clients address strategic and/or operational issues within Sourcing & Procurement. This could include procurement operating model design and implementation, spend transformation/cost reduction, digital procurement transformation and responsible sourcing.


Your responsibilities

  • Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience.

  • Business diagnosis and planning activities.

  • Analyzing client data and identifying insights.

  • Developing solutions and recommendations to address client specific challenges.

  • Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs.

  • Implementation operating model, process improvement and digital technologies.

  • Helping define the structural and cultural changes required to reach the goal; sequencing those changes.

  • Driving, supervising and reviewing technology diagnosis and value assessments to identify value creation opportunities for clients.


You will have

  • Demonstrated expertise in any of the following Sourcing and Procurement specializations: Strategic Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay Process Transformation, Supplier Relationship Management including Contract Management, Purchasing and Spend Management Solutions, Global Sourcing.

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology and process implications as related to strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, low cost country sourcing, cost reduction, enterprise applications, sales & operation planning, and supply chain management.

  • Exhibits strong understanding of the procurement domain for solution design, transition planning, process improvement and service definition.

  • Experience designing process or implementing eProcurement solutions such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, etc.

  • Demonstrate strong ability to interpret business case solutions into quantifiable customer values.

  • Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management.

  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.

  • At least 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in Consulting and/or Supply Chain Management industry for Consultant level and 5 to 8 years for Manager level.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent specialization.
