Our client is a renowned organization with a global presence. This role is for their well established SSC.

 

About the role

The HR Business Partner is responsible in partnering with management and providing consultation in the areas of Employee and Industrial Relations, Organizational Design, Employee Development, Performance Management, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent and Succession Planning, as well as a number of other HR related processes and activities, for the continued success and growth of the company.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Acts as business partner/consultant providing advice in different HR disciplines.

  • Provides HR services and consultation to support the business strategy and needs especially in handling.

  • Contributes to the development of Global HR related strategies and initiatives.

  • Drives recruitment strategy and initiatives.

  • Drives and supports Talent Development initiatives that relates to employee and career development to ensure retention of key personnel and talent.

  • Supports change initiatives and acts as a change agent.

  • Acts as role model and advocate of organizational culture and values.

  • Actively promotes the exchange and adoption of HR best practices within own area of responsibility and in the organization.

  • Keeps up-to-date with latest development in HR industry and labor legislation.

  • Ensures awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures and respective legal requirements and regulations.

  • Effectively interacts with Global HR and other functions and ensures that local issues are taken into account when forming global strategies and initiatives.

 

You will have

  • 8+ years’ experience in HR role, preferably in an international, multicultural, complex and changing environment.

  • University degree, HR specific education/certification welcome.

  • Certified IR or any related certification is definitely added advantage.
