About the role
This role is to support the HR VP to support over all recruitment, employee relations and event planning activities.
Your responsibilities

Provide quality HR processing support by attending to and processing employees’ requests as assigned accurately and in a timely manner, resolving issues and enquiries, and escalating operational issues to the relevant HRBPs for resolution.

Performs HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization structure maintenance, PTO and holidays administration, benefits administration and benefits claims processing.

Clear all outstanding enquiries from employees by responding / attending to the request immediately. Process enquiries and requests by applying HR standard operating procedures in compliance with local statutory laws.

Take ownership for HRIS- UltiPro by managing the reporting tool and personnel data management by ensuring effective document management for employee documents / records in UltiPro are stored in an accurate and organized manner.

Work in collaboration with HRBPs to establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service by handling all employees’ requests in a professional manner. Maintain high standard service mindset and good relationship with stakeholders to ensure high quality service is provided consistently.

Managing employee queries to resolution.

Partnering with global HRBPs in order to support complex issue resolution, program changes and new program implementation.
You will have

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or in a relevant discipline.

3-5 years of working experience (experience in either HR operations or shared services operations).

Attention to detail with ability to deliver quality output while working under pressure and to tight timelines.

Excellent communication in written and spoken especially in English language.

Strong business partnering, influencing and stakeholder’s management skills are essential in order to support the global requirements.

Good customer-service skills with an ability to handle multiple transactions and customer requests.

Preferably with experience processing outsourced HR for different countries.

Experience working in large, diverse teams.

Experience in administration of HRIS system, i.e. UltiPro, SAP, etc.

Computer literacy, analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and date are required.
