About the role
This role will be to support the setup activities of a HR Shared Service (for Korea) which includes transition activities across APAC ensuring compliance to standardized processes as well as statutory regulations. This also includes supporting the implementation of HR Shared Services supporting tools and technologies.
Process all service requests assigned in an accurate and timely manner, within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Perform relevant data updates, reviews and validation of employee data against supporting documents to ensure high quality of data maintained in all HR systems.
Comply with data integrity, security and privacy policies and applicable regulations.
You will have
At least 1 year of working experience in a shared service environment.
Must be able to read/write and speak Korean at a business level (assessment will be conducted).
This role is open to locals and native speakers (provided they’re already in Malaysia).
Fresh graduates with Korean language capabilities are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
