About our client

Our client is a start up in the tech industry.


About the role

This is an end to end HR generalist position. You will partner the business leaders to get HR processes in place. This is an end to end HR operations position excluding talent acquisition.


Your responsibilities

  • Ensure an effective employee retention program in place.

  • Coming up with HR policies, employee handbook and HR processes.

  • Develop a structured approach to training and development when needed

  • Provide information on industrial relations matters.

  • Responsible for payroll process, including salary and remunerations processing, government statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).


You will have

  • 5-8 years of working experience as HR generalist / HR Business Partner covering end-to-end HR.

  • Able to adapt to fast paced environment.

  • Industry experience: technology, fintech, telco or e-commerce.

  • Startup experience is preferred and candidates who are tech savvy is a must.

  • Good working knowledge of the full spectrum of HR functions and well versed in the local labour legislation.
