About our client

Our client is a leader in their field. An MNC from China from the construction industry.

 

About the role

This is a HR Manager role that will work closely with the business heads to execute HR Operational matters.

 

Your responsibilities

  • To lead, manage and responsible for the full spectrum of the Human Resources and Administrative functions.

  • Enhance, support, implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs and process flow.

  • Enhance the work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions and appraisals format for all position.

  • Preparing pay budgets, recommending, planning and implementing pay structure revision.

  • Manages talent acquisition & recruitment, training and development program, the career development program, retention program and succession planning.

  • IR & ER related matters –grievance / counselling / disciplinary among the employees are well addressed within the agreed timeline and promote a harmonious working environment.

  • Planning and implementing office to work for the smooth running of office to ensure all office are in good order.

  • Provide human resources monitoring and advice to the executive leadership team and all managers and employees of the scope, with the framework of Group HR policy.

  • Analyse and manage HR performance KPI’s in order to improve the overall performance of organizations(absenteeism, turnover, discipline).

  • Responsible on application and renewal foreign workers.

  • Foreign workers and hostels management.

  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

 

You will have

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant field.

  • At least 6 years of working experience in related field or manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent team collaboration skills and experience managing a team is preferred.

  • A strong foundation within HR functions.

  • Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act, other related statutory requirements.

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

  • Independent, good leadership skills, growth mindset, negotiation, positive thinking, resourceful and self-motivated

  • Meticulous, well organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner.

  • Good writing and speaking in Mandarin (as you will work closely with counterparts from China), Bahasa Melayu and English.

  • Willing to work at Gebeng, Kuantan

  • Can start work immediately or with short notice.

  • Willing to take up the challenge and work in a new startup company (in Kuantan).
