Our client is one of the top entertainment agency based in New York.
About the role
The incumbent will be reporting to a Hong Kong based Manager, and will be supporting China, Taiwan, & Hong Kong HR processes and supporting daily HR activities within Asia Pacific Region. This is a hands on generalist & business partner role to take care of the full spectrum of HR duties for different locations.
Your responsibilities

To provide full spectrum of HR services including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits administration and staff-related issues.

To perform and ensure all daily Human Resources operational issues/ matters are handled and solved in accordance and compliance with the Company’s Human Resources Policies & Procedures.

Handle Onboarding and off boarding for new joiners and leavers.

Maintaining regular HR analytics reports.
You will have

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years working experience in full spectrum of human resources functions.

Able to communicate well in English & Mandarin (to support Taiwan and China employees).

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
