About the role
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must as a Human Resources Executive. As a direct connection to your employees you must be keenly aware of employee relations ensuring they are healthy throughout the organization.
Your responsibilities
Recruitment

Through the completion of the related administrative functions including pre-screening and shortlisting of candidates.

Arrange interview appointments with head of department(s) for interviewing and selection processes.

Manage the new hiring process and induction programme.

Administer staff on-boarding & off-boarding.

Administer and search potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter account.
Training & Development
-
Administer staff training enrollment in LMS website.
-
Coordinate, monitor and follow-up on staff training plan, for both MHAP and external training.

Maintain updated training and development expenses cost.
-
And ad-hoc matters.
HR Operation & Others
-
Administer day-to-day operations work, like staff claims, invoices, etc.

Assist in the administration work on Company Incentive Trip on yearly basis.

Any other ad-hoc matters.
You will have
-
Degree holder in any discipline.

At least 2 years working experience in Human Resources.

Strong skills and knowledge in compensation and benefits is preferred.

Computer literacy.
-
Good problem solving, analytical and interpersonal and communication skills.

Mature and able to work independently with minimal supervision
