Our client manufactures edible oil and fat products and provide food R&D services to the market. 


About the role

You will be supporting the Group Head of HR in organizational development matters; structure changes and process improvement in the area of performance management, talent management, diversity, employee wellness, and other HR initiatives. This position can be based in Kuala Lumpur with 25-30% of travel requirement or you can opt to be relocated to Pasir Gudang.


Your responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of HR initiatives to achieve Group business priorities.

  • Support in design, development and deployment of HR strategies drive execution of all key strategic initiatives in talent attraction, retention, engagement & change.

  • Support in developing an agile and nimble organization structure and support in annual and long-term manpower planning.

  • Support in identifying key capability & competency gaps within the organization and drive development initiatives to address gaps.

  • Understand key business drivers and support business groups in aligning performance management at every segment level.

  • Support in execution of Talent management practices, including succession planning and career planning.

  • Lead talent development design and deployment to build a learning culture and support knowledge management practices.


You will have

  • MBA or Degree in Human Resource or Business Studies.

  • Experienced work in large organization with multilocation management or from a consulting experience with top consulting firm. Cross functional HR experience with OD / L&D specialization.

  • Sound business acumen.

  • Proven capability to align HR initiatives to business needs.

  • Experience in execution of large-scale HR & Change management projects.

  • Specialist skills in OD (organizational development) & Change management.

  • Key Skills:
