About our client

Our client is a newly set-up Shared Services in Manufacturing industry.


Your responsibilities

  • To undertake human resource and administration function and other duties as assigned.

  • To implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Responsible on HR records, attendance record, leave administration, new employees’ orientation, training, staff travel, insurance, disciplinary issues, staff welfare etc.

  • Answer of incoming calls with manner.

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mails & courier.

  • Responsible on office maintenance; office equipment supply, office supplies, office sundries, printing of stationary etc.

  • Responsible for visitor logistic and accommodation management.

  • PO Management, i.e. issue PO, follow up on delivery etc.

  • Responsible for expatriate matter including: renewal of permit, taxation etc.

  • Responsible on the building safety requirements & local authority requirements.

  • Dealing with Building Management on access cards, parking cards, report on common area utilities failure and other ad hoc matters.


You will have

  • Degree in any disciplines.

  • Experiences in Quickpay & Workday will be added advantage.

  • Mandarin read & write is a MUST – To support China & Taiwan market.
