About the role

To be part of the pioneer team member to oversee, manage, and coordinate all corporate communications activities for the regional businesses (Malaysia, Singapore, Australia).


Your responsibilities

  • To over and manage including writing, reviewing, editing and updating contents for the company group websites, social media platforms, intranet, newsletters, marketing materials and similar platforms.

  • To interface and collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives as well as the creation of contents, design, and conceptual.

  • Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter and contextualising the findings.

  • To liaise with digital marketing team in utilising seo methods to increase site traffic and suggesting new ways to promote Group offerings and to reach consumers.

  • To liaise with various stakeholders such as the media and other third parties for purposes of corporate communication activities.

  • Through the various social media platforms, to engage consumers, promote company initiatives and to respond to queries and complaints including but not limited to coordinating all queries and complaints with the relevant departments and to ensure timely attendance to the queries and complaints.

  • To coordinate with the digital/web designer on the content creation.

  • To coordinate all necessary approvals from the relevant authorities e.g. the medical advertising board before any contents are published.


You will have

  • Must possess a Bachelor Degree in mass communications or equivalent.

  • Possess at least 7 years working experience (preferably in senior position) as a corporate communication practitioner.

  • Comfortable dealing with stakeholders and top management.

  • Have good interpersonal skills.

  • Strong command of the English language and Bahasa Malaysia language, both written and spoken.

  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading and editing;

  • Excellent research, organisational and time management skill.

  • A team-player and is committed to work; who is driven, proactive, organised, resourceful and can work independently with minimum supervision.
