About our client

Our client is a growing shared service center that managing by a group of SSC experienced leaders.


About the role

You will be reporting to the Head of PMO & Continuous Improvement to manage finance migration projects across EMEA, Asia Pacific and US. You MUST HAVE finance background and finance migration experience.


Your responsibilities

Project Management

  • Leads project implementation activities including scheduling, resourcing and risk analysis to ensure timely delivery.

  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

  • Manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

  • Monitors project milestones and deliverables.

  • Manages and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

  • Prepares and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

  • Provide on time project status reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Performed quality checks and ensure completeness of Process Flow, SOPs, workflows etc. documented by the project team members.

  • Provide support to work with Technical team closely to support delivery.

  • Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.  

  • Perform project closure activities upon successful delivery of the project including smooth handover of tasks to Operational Team as Business As Usual (BAU).

Process Improvement

  • Support management in identifying improvements and implementing change.

  • Work with process team to run process improvement.


  • Support other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realization of the job-purpose.


You will have

  • Diploma/ Degree Holder (preferably in finance & accounting).

  • Certified in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE) is value added.

  • MUST HAVE finance background and finance migration experience.

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Preferably in Shared Service environment).

  • Good team player, and yet able work independently when necessary under tight deadlines. 

  • Fast learner, with positive attitude, initiative and self-discipline. 

  • Possesses strong analytical, problem solving and inter-personal skills.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office application particularly Power point and Excel.
