About the role

We are looking to hire a Family Personal Assistant to the Executive Director. She is a committed individual with the ability (& aspiration) to support an extremely busy Executive Director to manage tasks related to his family matters. 


Your responsibilities

  • Support Executive Director’s family matters to help create a better balance such as planning and preparing family meals, running errands, managing the family calendars, keeping stock of household inventory and so on.

  • Maintain and upkeep of house equipment and arrange for maintenance whenever required.

  • Diary management and coordination.

  • Managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.

  • Help facilitate a better work life balance for the Executive Director.


You will have

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Minimum 15 working years preferably with experience of managing a family household or childcare.

  • Able to communicate and correspond in English and Mandarin.

  • Has know-how on cooking as you’ll need to meal plan and guide the helper to cook (gourmet skills not required!).

  • Good at calendar management, time management & organizational skills.

  • Multi-tasker and flexible attitude.

  • Help facilitate a better work life balance for the Executive Director - obvious desire to make the Director’ life easier.
