About the role

Our Client is looking for Senior Director – SAP Consulting.


Your responsibilities

  • Achieve annual revenue and profitability targets for SAP services.

  • Run and manage RFP processes, bid preparation, contract creation and commercial negotiations with clients.

  • Create sales strategies and plan for Client Partners and Market Head reviews for its incorporation into the broader customer strategy and plan.

  • Understand customer’s business model and generate new pipeline by proactively identifying/creating, qualifying and closing new business opportunities to drive value.

  • Must have in depth knowledge of SAP implementation in multiple industries, and prior experience of SAP implementation.

  • Responds to and deliver on customers request, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet or exceed company standards.

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships at both the operating and senior levels of the customer organization.

  • Build and leverage an ecosystem of partners and alliances to enhance market insights and win rates.

  • Ability to influence decisions, approached through strong subject matter expertise, and appropriate positioning of relevant experience.


You will have

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Sales and Marketing.



  • More than 15 years of proven track record of large-scale SAP implementation and consulting engagements.

  • Previous experience with client engagements across ASEAN markets is preferred.

  • Business development track record and proven leadership qualities such as conflict resolution and influential skills.

  • Knowhow of global delivery model including project delivery methodologies is preferred.

  • Good track record in establishing relationships and connects in the CXO organization.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • In depth knowledge of SAP consulting and implementation.

  • Strong people management skills.
