About the role
Our Client is looking for Senior Director – SAP Consulting.
Your responsibilities

Achieve annual revenue and profitability targets for SAP services.

Run and manage RFP processes, bid preparation, contract creation and commercial negotiations with clients.

Create sales strategies and plan for Client Partners and Market Head reviews for its incorporation into the broader customer strategy and plan.

Understand customer’s business model and generate new pipeline by proactively identifying/creating, qualifying and closing new business opportunities to drive value.

Must have in depth knowledge of SAP implementation in multiple industries, and prior experience of SAP implementation.

Responds to and deliver on customers request, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet or exceed company standards.

Establish and maintain customer relationships at both the operating and senior levels of the customer organization.

Build and leverage an ecosystem of partners and alliances to enhance market insights and win rates.

Ability to influence decisions, approached through strong subject matter expertise, and appropriate positioning of relevant experience.
You will have
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Sales and Marketing.
Experience
-
More than 15 years of proven track record of large-scale SAP implementation and consulting engagements.

Previous experience with client engagements across ASEAN markets is preferred.

Business development track record and proven leadership qualities such as conflict resolution and influential skills.

Knowhow of global delivery model including project delivery methodologies is preferred.

Good track record in establishing relationships and connects in the CXO organization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In depth knowledge of SAP consulting and implementation.

Strong people management skills.
