About the role

As a Deal Execution Senior Manager, you are expected to contribute to profitable sales growth as a member of an opportunity deal team. Typically act on the deal team in the role of deal shaper, negotiator and/or bid manager. You are requires identifying and assessing complex problems for area(s) of responsibility and creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Besides, you are requiring involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility.

As an important individual, you will interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within our client, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters. You are required to have the power of influencing or complete assignments independently, and ability to make decisions, as measured by latitude to devise work products or plans, reliance on instruction, and decision-making ability.

You are expected to drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Create sales campaign strategy and ensure involvement of the Leadership to develop winning, compelling, and compliant win strategies and proposals.

  • Develop capture tactics, competitive analysis, and teaming strategies that balance program risk and reward.

  • Support client delivery and business development teams in building relationships with client decision-makers and key influencers.

  • Ensure capture strategy and proposal activities comply with internal controls, ensuring corporate and internal reviews are conducted.

  • Originate and close sales to achieve sales and pipeline targets across new and existing channels.

  • Build strong, credible relationships with client executives as well as colleagues Coordinate the sales team and bring the right talent to sales origination and closing activities, as warranted.

  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure efficient, effective use of business development resources.

  • Understand the organisation’s assets, offerings, and methodologies to match to client business needs effectively.

 

You will have

  • Rich experience in the Consumer Product and Goods/ Conglomerate/ Communication industry with in-depth industry expertise including the industry/digital/technology trends.

  • Preferred having at least 10 years or above relevant experience in marketing operations and involve in shaping solutions.

  • Demonstrate sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in the industry role.

  • Experience of working with C-level executives at the client organization.
