About the role
The required Japanese Speakers to provide Customer Service support our client’s business partners based in US via Phone & Emails.
Your responsibilities

Serves customers by providing product and service information.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails.
You will have

Must have JLPT 1.
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support via Phone & Email.

Proven customer support experience.

Track record of over-achieving quota.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Must be fluent in English as you will be supporting US client.

Must graduate & stayed in Japan for minimum of 2 years, is an added advantage.

Willing to work on 24/7 shift.
