Our client is a Multinational banking and financial services company.
About the role
To design, conduct and evaluate training effectiveness for Credit related training programs and evaluate training effectiveness.
Your responsibilities

Create blended learning contents with e-learning team.

Create credit training policy and lead long-term program and projects.

To coordinate with Subject Matter Experts and facilitate internal forums, conferences, meetings for programs.

Continuously look for ways to improve training programs to ensure to ensure relevance of content and effectiveness.

To provide support and lead special projects and ad-hoc requests from branches.

To work closely with superior and other facilitator in APAC offices.
You will have
-
At least 3-5 years with relevant Banking experience.

Certificate such as Omega, AICB-Chartered Banker would an added advantage.

Excellent understanding in Credit, Corporate Banking, the whole banking process flow.

Experienced in conducting various presentation for Customers or briefing/study session for Colleagues, Team from different countries, cultures and languages.

Good command of English with strong communication and relationship management skills ( comfortable interacting with people from different countries, cultures and languages).

Able to travel 25%-50% to locations in APAC to deliver training and support training needs.
