About the role

Our client’s newly formed Corporate Strategy & Planning team has been tasked to structure their growth and capital raising efforts to ensure they are consistently in sync with their market and customer demands, ahead of the innovation curve and have enough capital and resources to drive and fuel future growth. As they continue to evolve their product roadmap, the CSP team will be front and center in helping drive the company’s growth efforts. As a member of the Corporate Strategy & Planning team you will help build their growth strategy from the ground up and communicate this across the senior leadership team, the board of directors along with their investors.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Help designing, constructing and executing our operating model and transformation, making adjustments based on market and internal benchmarking data.

  • Setting up broader global processes and corporate governance across a number of functions.

  • Support in driving future capital raise events.

  • Build benchmarking datasets consisting of market, customer and competitive intelligence.

  • Support in investor relations and stakeholder management.

 

You will have

  • 5+ years of work experience with a top-tier, boutique or Big 4 strategy consulting firm or experience in a respected operating company’s strategy function.

  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and a keen business sense.

  • Strong academic record required.

  • Ability to both lead and support is important. Individual should be willing to “go the extra mile” for the internal client and his/her team.

  • Have strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Well-rounded inter-personal skill set with the capacity to build strong senior relationships.

  • Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business.

  • Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on leadership roles within project teams and the company at large.
