About the role
You will be mentored by an experienced Director with investment banking background on the business expansion outside Malaysia. We are looking for a talent who is strong in numeric and you will be involved in business development in other regions.
Your responsibilities

To assist the overall corporate finance of the group and responsible for preparing, evaluate executing and hands-on in securing financial facilities, new investments, M&A deals, corporate exercises and strategic planning.

To undertake financial planning and monitoring as well as to handle all aspects of transactions for any business diversification and exercises including the due diligence reporting and analysis.
You will have

5-7 years relevant work experience with significant exposure in corporate finance and strategic business planning functions, of which at least 3 years should be in merger & acquisition scope.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance/Economics and Business.

CFA preferred.

5-7 years' experience in accounting and strong understanding of corporate finance.

Leadership qualities, and highly developed communication and good conceptual and analytical skills.

Willing to travel.
