About the role

We seek highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as an Analyst for contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution; maintaining contractual records and developing and implementing procedures and policies.



  • Ensure conformance with the company contract, the Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations.

  • Supporting the development of strategies, ensuring local context is met and providing input on current contract performance. A core focus of this role will be driving world class contract management performance through:

    • Ensuring suppliers are performing to the contract requirements and rectifying non-conformances to contract terms.

    • Proactive administration and management of contracts (including strategically critical) within the relevant category, including KPI reporting, spend analytics, identification of scope creep, and off-contract spend.

    • Ensuring consistency & high performance against operational and commercial supply KPIs.

    • Supporting the Regional Manager in the Supplier Relationship Management process as it applies to the relevant category, while working collaboratively with operational and/or technical stakeholders.

    • Support Managers and Contract Owners to optimise supplier performance within the contract framework.

    • Pursuing operational and commercial excellence through continuous improvement

    • Applying sound commercial judgement around application of contractual terms.

    • Maintaining contract data in the systems.

    • Support Manager in the management of the commercial terms of the contract e.g. providing data and information for price reviews and periodic review meetings.

  • Updating or expanding scopes of services and schedules of materials.

  • Lead or support direct tendering, negotiation & implementation of local sourcing requirements

  • As required, support direct tendering, negotiation & implementation of a range of contracts across company to reduce total cost to the business

  • Proactively share replicable current state opportunities across categories and assets to drive enterprise level opportunity Support Strategic Sourcing or Supply Process improvement projects within Contract Management.

  • Participate and support activities such that meets the Business Plan and meets Department and Global KPIs.

  • Develop and implement commercial techniques (such as e-Sourcing and low-cost country sourcing) to leverage value creation opportunities.

  • Assist in resolving complex issues, review of work allocation and associated regular and ad-hoc reporting activities to manage team’s performance.

  • Assist to continuously update and improve procedures and Quick Reference Guides (QRG) documentation for the team.


You will have

  • Bachelor/Diploma in any field with experience in running tenders, evaluating & negotiating low risk/value contracts. Fresh graduates in the related field are welcome to apply.

  • Demonstrated experience with commercial contract and contract management.

  • Communication skills enabling the influencing of a diverse stakeholder group.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.


Good to have: 

  • SAP & ERP working knowledge coupled with contract management tools skills set from supply management/ purchasing field.

  • Capable in building constructive long-term relationships.

  • Ability to think laterally to independently resolve issues and influence change.

  • Ability to work individually and in a team as required.

  • Travel may be required for knowledge transfer.
