Our client is a well known SSC based in Bandar Utama.


About the role

This role is a key position within a newly created team responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives globally within HR Shared Services. It will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology and the supporting framework.


Your responsibilities

Core: 1. Projects ( Enhancement/Improvement) 2. Service Now (Knowledge Base) 3. Internal Control & Governance 4. RPA Initiatives 5. Enhance Reporting Capabilities 6. Service Engagement.

  • Identify and deliver service improvement activity across the BSC HR process through applying.

  • Process improvement methodologies.

  • Work with relevant business stakeholders and ensure sustainability of improvement deliverables and success.

  • Instill LEAN and process improvement culture within the organization.

  • Identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity within the business process and promote better ways of working.

  • Assist in developing and implementing the good continuous improvement strategy.

  • Take ownership on change initiatives from the initial stage of efficiency identification towards implementation.

  • Ensure initiatives and change amendments goes through proper evaluation of internal governance and control.

  • Perform cost analysis and derive a simple Return Of Investment figure for each initiative.

  • Manage stakeholders expectation and business impact during the course of initiative implementation.

  • Perform post implementation review and ensure successful and sustainable delivery has been achieved according to the metrics and goals set.


You will have

  • Strong continuous improvement analytical experience, including project management and business analysis.

  • Experience working in HR Shared Services Environment.

  • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value and process stream mapping as well as data analysis.

  • Experience in handling Workday & Service Now.

  • Experience in handling regional payroll projects and systems.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience of designing or implementing a framework of continuous improvement.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts.

  • Industry experience: Shared Services.
