About the role
The C&B dept. is responsible for managing, governing the compensation & benefit policies for corporate and act as an advisor. Manage the compensation plans, develop and implement new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the company’s goals and competitive practices. This position is also responsible to ensuring that company compensation programs are compliant with internal policies and also government regulations.
Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package (including expatriate C&B) that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
Manage the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.
Monitor the effectiveness of the current compensation practice and recommend changes that are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
Provide advise to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy interpretations and job evaluation.
Design creative solutions to specific compensation related programs and incentive plans.
You will have
8-12 years of working experience in C&B/Total Rewards with experience in a leadership role.
Industry experience: manufacturing.
