About the role

To drive and manage the compensation and rewards program for all employees in MY.


Your responsibilities

Compensation and Benefit Management

  • Payroll related management.

  • Support and consolidate basic salary structure/ commission scheme with Brands.

  • Understand industry C&B survey and recommend benchmark for competitive compensation system.

  • Develop and implement effective compensation & benefit programs or policies or guideline to streamline the HR flow efficiency and stimulate the talent attraction and retention.

  • Lead C&B projects, such as annual salary/bonus review, expatriate tax, annual performance appraisal project etc.

  • Oversee, monitor and audit the payroll system as required.

  • Act as a deputy for the payroll task backup.

  • Make continuous improvements on the payroll process.

Human Resources Management

  • Initiate, organize and manage the human resources and general administration function to align with and support the company’s short- and long-term business objectives.

  • Act as a business partner to provide the cross-boundary advice or solution on people and organizational initiatives.

  • Supervise HR related KPIs and periodic reports in accuracy and timely.

  • Provide consulting and support to HRBP team in all aspects of human resources management.

  • Provide support on HR Projects.

  • All above related Ad-hoc.

HR Policy/ Regulations/ Compliance

  • Review the corporate guidelines, HR policies and procedures in order to able recommend enhancements and solutions to management.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are respected and followed.

  • Make sure all policies and practices are in compliance and aligned with Labour Law expectation.


You will have

  • Minimum 5 years of related Compensation & Benefits experience is preferred.

  • Good communication skills, verbal and written both in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

  • Good exposure gained from multinational companies with matrix organization.

  • Logical thinking with analytical mind-set.

  • Proactive, decisive, people and result-oriented.

  • Familiar with Malaysian Labor Law.

  • Provision in Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point.
