Your responsibilities

Human Capital & Change Management Leader

  • Subject to talent specialization, a depth of understanding in multiple areas of human capital strategy and/ or behavioral science based on data to determine behavior through change enablement.

  • Develop compelling client value propositions, proposal development and detailed plans to support execution and realization of desired client outcomes.

Client Relationship Development and Management

  • Manage key client stakeholder relationships and communications at all stages of the project.

  • Design and facilitate complex meetings, presentations and workshops to build client commitment for the change.

Practice Building

  • Participate in practice building activities (e.g. conference participation, thought leadership development, market offering development, recruiting).

  • Continuously develop own expertise in specific practice specialty areas (e.g. human capital strategy) and upskill others to build the firm’s expertise and assets.

  • This role will cover Talent and Origination and the main skillset experience required is: Change Management, Organizational Development (those who also have experience in Training, Communication, Change Impact Assessment).


You will have

  • HR processes, and an understanding of HR software applications for managing talent, improving workforce performance, and developing employees.

  • Talent Management, including organization design, competency modelling, learning & collaboration, leadership development and succession management.

  • Change Management execution for complex multi organization/ geography programmes typically enabled by SAP or Oracle ERP solutions.

  • Minimum 3 years of prior consulting and/ or professional services experience is expected for Consultant and minimum 5 years for Manager.
