About the role

This role is responsible for driving inbound and outbound demand generation and marketing activity to schools in territories across a specific country or region. Conferences are a critical part of the organization’s campaign mix and this role is responsible for marketing activity associated with these events.

 

Your responsibilities 

  • Manage (in consultation with Country Manager) campaign budgets.

  • Deliver digital marketing campaigns to key customer segments via our approved platform.

  • Work with Market Analyst to build fundamental data and databases required to plan and deliver campaigns across territories.

  • Lead the creation and segmentation of customer data sets such as Architects, Librarians, Heads of Departments, Teachers etc.

  • Manage and report on data accuracy as it impacts on campaigns.

  • Manage (in consultation with Country Manager) campaign budgets.

  • Deliver digital marketing campaigns to key customer segments via our approved platform.

  • Work with Market Analyst to build fundamental data and databases required to plan and deliver campaigns across territories.

  • Lead the creation and segmentation of customer data sets such as Architects, Librarians, Heads of Departments, Teachers etc.

  • Manage and report on data accuracy as it impacts on campaigns.

  • Understand, use and manipulate data to deliver on campaign objectives.

  • Design, plan, implement and review all campaign activities.

  • Work with Market Analyst to refine conversion metric reporting for all campaigns.

  • Ensure content and messaging for campaigns are signed off by marketing and meet brand proposition and support market positioning across agreed target markets.

  • Own, manage and communicate campaign schedule and calendars.

  • Manage and promote campaign assets/tools as created by Campaign Marketers and Marketing Team.

  • Contribute ideas and insights into business-wide quarterly campaign planning workshops.

  • Manage and share national and regional campaign calendar.

  • Keep global campaign calendar updated.

  • Be the local brand ambassador and draw on marketing team for content, brand, creative, experience.

  • Understand and be across the customer journey.

  • Manage national and regional conference calendar (each conference and associated activity will be treated as a campaign).

  • Manage conference look and feel – contribute ideas for improving engagement.

  • Identify and develop content to capitalize on leveraging opportunities available to account managers attending conferences, including managing social.

  • Provide administrative support to Country Manager for all association and conference contract negotiations and budgets.

  • Liaison with conference organizers.

  • Logistics for trade show branding and product and trade show passes.

  • Manage conference stock in each country with our distribution partners. Ensure all product and brand collateral is delivered on site and in spec.

  • Conference product kit and branding delivered on time and used appropriately for each conference.

  • Communicate all conference details to Account Managers.

  • Seek out leveraging opportunities for each conference and ensure managed within agreed timeframes and budgets.

  • With support from Marketing Team, create and curate copy for campaigns including emails, digital marketing, print, advertising, media and PR.

  • With support from Marketing Team, manage a supplier team across multiple countries to create content assets including:

    • Photographer.

    • Videographer.

    • Graphic designer.

    • Print house.

  • Marketing agency.

 

You will have

  •  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Strong writing and editing skills.

  • Clearly able to convey information and ideas through a variety of media and to different audience groups.

  • Strong inbound and outbound digital marketing skillset.

  • Understanding and experience in using one or more digital marketing platforms.

  • Marketing automation experience.

  • Experience in executing social media campaigns.

  • Experience in managing search engine marketing programs.

  • Understanding of SEO.

  • Use of CRM systems.

  • Understanding of integration between various operating systems.

  • Reporting systems.

  • Lead and opportunity management.

  • Experience working on multiple campaigns from creation through to delivery and reporting.

  • Event and project management skills.

  • Create new campaigns and offers of interest to the market.

  • Understand brand touchpoints and how these impact on the customer experience.
