About our client

Our Client is a Global MNC in Foods & Beverage Industry.

 

About the role

As Business Intelligence lead, you will own the data and business insight generation.  

 

Your responsibilities

  • Implementing data driven way of working and knowledge sharing across Regional offices.

    • Building Regional performance dashboards and implementing in the Regional Offices. 

    • Supporting Region in analyzing results and providing suggestions for improvement.

    • Institutionalizing learnings and building robust processes. Documenting conclusions and ensuring these are shared and implemented across Regional offices.

  • Implementing ecommerce best-practices & supporting OpCo teams

    • Enabling the business to take data driven decisions by delivering weekly eCommerce dashboards.

    • Category management – drive recommendations the assortment, content & promotions on the platform, aiming to increase conversion & margin per order in line with customer demand. 

    • Developing standards, testing strategies, driving use of best-practices.

  • Building local ecommerce capabilities.

    • Understand the data flow between Op-co, distributor (DDE) and Consumer (EPOS).

    • Stay abreast of competitive updates, especially B2B platform development.

 

You will have

You have experience in ecommerce and are looking for a new challenge. You have a commercial way of thinking and have experience with dashboards, KPIs, and a data driven way of working. You enjoy the idea of ‘building something new’ and like to transfer your own knowledge & capabilities to others. Besides that, you have a pragmatic way of working and are not afraid to ‘get your hands dirty’.

 

You are entrepreneurial, able to translate long-term strategy into concrete plans and take a leading role in driving people to reach common goals.

 

Required knowledge & skills

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business or marketing.

  • Minimum of 5 year’s experience in an ecommerce environment.

  • Affinity & interest in digital / ecommerce, able to learn very fast, and eager to continuously improve.

  • Driven by achieving business results, commercially & analytically strong.

  • Using data insights (dashboards, KPIs) effectively for decision making.

  • Builder, able to create new campaigns and operations from the ground up, as well as motivated by ability to set up new processes & way of working.

  • You can act as a coach: helping & teaching others to learn and improve.

  • Effective communicator, able to deal with business & IT stakeholders.

  • Team player: work closely with Regional offices and team.

  • Service-oriented, with a proactive mindset.

  • Agile mindset and looking forward to building an agile organization.

  • Willing to travel and relocate.
