About our client

Our client is a foreign bank which provides commercial customers with a full range of banking services including payments and cash management, wealth management and insurance, global trade and receivable finance, as well as comprehensive range of financial solutions.

 

About the role

This job is to work closely with the Senior Corporate Banking Managers in preparing call reports, research for the client industry, and supplier/buyer analysis. Furthermore, supporting the Senior Corporate Banking Managers at client meetings, preparing remarks, coordinating the application process, security and product/solution process on behalf of the SCBM, and ensuring appropriate systems are kept up to date and used efficiently.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Dealing with all aspects of clients renewal applications and working on ad hoc projects
  • Attend client meetings as necessary with SCBMs
  • Prepare all relevant pre and post customer documentation, analysis of financial/non-financial information and coordination of products/solutions which suit customer needs
  • Ensure client vision is used effectively
  • Ensure the Cross border income is reported on HORIS
  • Participate with deals and discussions with clients alongside the SCBMs
  • Enhance and develop mutually beneficial relationships with clients
  • Liaise and work with CBC teams to ensure best possible experience and outsomes for customers
  • Identify and escalate service delivery issues
     

You will have

  • Broad knowledge of the Banks’s structures, products and services
  • Knowledge of international business and various industry sectors
  • Knowledge and use of HORIS and Client Vision systems (including reporting) and complex MI
  • Strong ‘team’ skills promoting and environment of cooperation and trust, overcoming resistance where encountered
  • Possess analytical and financial skills
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
