About the role
Responsible for supporting Head and Technology Operations and Infra Services in delivery of managed IT services including Infrastructure, cyber-security, Service management and Application management
Your responsibilities

Primary accountabilities: manage and run security operations and Governance, Risk & Compliance

Oversee Security operations

Lead development and implementation of enterprise security strategy

Design and oversee implementation of disaster recovery principles
-
Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with security policies
-
Oversees Governance, risk & compliance
Secondary: Run service management
-
Lead and manage partners with regard to infrastructure & helpdesk services; ensure on-budget delivery of KPI’s

Support in strategic planning and vision development of Application services, Network services, Infra services and Data center operations
-
Partner with Vendors to identify root cause and troubleshoot complex IT issues
-
Lead design and implementation of a defined IT service management framework including project milestones and SLAs; communicate to broader leadership team
Required Knowledge & Skills:
-
8 years of experience in Enterprise IT managing outsourced IT services
-
Demonstrated experience and knowledge across all facets of technology services, Cyber/IT Security and infrastructure (e.g., cloud environments, data center operations)

Minimum CISSP, CISM and / or CISA
-
ITIL Practitioner certification with Intermediate Certification of Service Operation (SO), Continual Service Improvement (CSI), Ops Support and Analysis (OSA) and Service Offering Agreement (SOA). ITIL Expert certification will be ideal

Strong customer service focus and experience working with both end users and senior leadership

Strong project management skills ability to work in strategic and operational environments
