About our client

An MNC based provider of cloud-based, on-demand software for supply chains for various industries.  

 

Your responsibilities

  • Interact with our customers and their sales channel partners in Asia Pacific region to collect, process, validate and analyze channel sales and inventory data on behalf of our customers.

  • Language translation for sales and inventory data processing, and exception communications. 

  • Ensure sustainable and high-quality deliverables for customers.

  • Analyze channel sales and inventory data looking for trends and potential errors.

  • Interact with our customers and global teams to answer questions about the channel data.

  • Develop strong understanding of tools and technologies used to deliver services to its customers.

  • Ensure that SLA is met for the channel sales and inventory data, from receiving feed to feed out.

 

You will have

  • The ideal candidate must demonstrate high degree of ownership, be self-motivated, and be on top of operational processes to meet all agreed SLAs with the customers. 

  • Strong experience in reporting, data mining and ad-hoc analysis; a knack for finding inconsistencies and trends in data – and be able to investigate the reasons. Also, involves thorough investigation through Internet research (where necessary) before translating Channel Partner Names from local language to English or vice versa.

  • Must be proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin, Simplified and Traditional). Japanese will be an added advantage. 

  • Maintain accuracy in translating email content from local language to English or vice versa without losing the essence of the content.

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, to be able to understand the requirements / questions presented by internal teams and customers and respond effectively. 

  • Rigorous follow-up with Channel Partners in local language for reports submissions or resubmissions if inconsistencies or errors are identified.

  • Must have Excel skills - comfort with pivots, functions and experience of designing small models within excel is preferred. Experience with macros is a big plus.
