About the role

Working in a team-based sales role, the Account Manager works with Internal Account Managers, the Sales Leader & Market Analyst to:

  • Grow active customer numbers by targeting new or danger customers with a variety offers to inspiring them with new and existing products, fulfilling their ongoing furniture needs as simply and as efficiently as possible.

  • Maintain an engaging warm working relationship with customers, inspiring them with new products or appropriate thought leadership information and fulfilling their ongoing furniture needs as simply and as efficiently as possible.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Maintains high awareness of personal health and safety issues, especially when driving, travelling, visiting customers and visiting the factory. 

  • Works collaboratively with team mates to achieve territory objectives.

  • Supportive of colleges & company values.

  • Utilizes Integrity sales practices.

  • Contributes to the Development of state, territory and account management plans.

  • Implements sales campaigns and strategies to increase market penetration, customer retention, sales and profitability.

  • Maintains strong professional long-term relationships with customers.

  • Attend customer conferences and assist with demand generation.

  • Prepares Customers Quotes.

  • Classroom design and renders.

  • Order entry.

  • Maintains territory maps.

  • Aware of product margins.

  • Work with Campaign Marketing to drive new revenue opportunities.

  • Effective at converting opportunities to revenue.

  • Maintains a sound working knowledge of all products and their respective attribute benefits.
