Your responsibilities

​Team Leadership:

  • Lead and supervise a team of monitoring and operations staff.

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a cohesive and productive team.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Monitoring Systems Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of monitoring systems in the warehouse.

  • Ensure effective operation of inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and other relevant systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to monitoring systems.

Inventory Monitoring:

  • Implement and manage systems for real-time monitoring of inventory levels.

  • Track and analyze inventory turnover rates, stockouts, and overstock situations.

  • Collaborate with inventory management teams to optimize stock levels.

Order Fulfillment Monitoring:

  • Monitor order processing and fulfillment processes.

  • Analyze order accuracy and timeliness, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with order fulfillment teams to enhance efficiency.

Shipping and Receiving Monitoring:

  • Oversee the monitoring of shipping and receiving activities.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Implement measures to reduce shipping errors and delays.

Equipment and Facility Monitoring:

  • Monitor the condition and usage of warehouse equipment.

  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.

  • Oversee the monitoring of facility conditions, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze data related to warehouse operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency.

  • Collaborate with other departments to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Compliance Monitoring:

  • Ensure that warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with safety and compliance teams to address any issues.

  • Stay informed about changes in regulations that may impact warehouse operations.

Staff Training and Development:

  • Provide training to warehouse staff on monitoring tools, safety protocols, and operational procedures.

  • Support ongoing skill development and cross-training initiatives.

  • Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Communication:

  • Communicate regularly with warehouse staff to understand their monitoring needs.

  • Report on the status of monitoring activities to higher management.

  • Facilitate communication between different teams within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks to warehouse operations through monitoring activities.

  • Collaborate with risk management teams to address and mitigate identified risks.

  • Implement measures to proactively prevent operational issues.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of monitoring processes.

  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse monitoring.

  • Encourage feedback from staff and stakeholders for continuous improvement.

You will have

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in using data analysis tools to interpret and analyze operational data.

  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.

Technology Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used for monitoring and managing operations.

  • Understanding of automation and monitoring systems.
