Beginning her career in Recruitment, Pamela brings with her 7 years of experience in the industry. Coming from a Fortune 500 Recruitment agency, she began working in RPO, and MSP models, supporting Investment Banking clients in the APAC region on their operations recruitment.
She then moved into consulting, focusing on local markets. Pamela is a key player in Business Development, acquisition of new clients, and partnering with existing clients in assisting with their hiring needs. Her industry specialization is in the Manufacturing & FMCG space. She has seen great success supporting world renowned brands, and in connecting them to outstanding mid-to C-Level Accounting & Finance talents.
As a part of the Ellwood Consulting team, Pamela will now be our specialist Senior Consultant in the Manufacturing & Engineering industries, specialising on Sales & Marketing functions. Combining her industry knowledge, and her skills knowledge, acquired whilst recruiting for Tech Sales, she aims to be of valuable service to our business partners, by listening to their needs, offering advice, and making valuable candidate introductions.
