This depth of relationship saw additional recruitment requests and fulfillment in the form of Head of Finance and Head of Strategy.
$2bn FMCG brand – worked with her team to support the establishment of a small shared services function following the acquisition of this brand from Mondelez. Concurrently, partnered with the business to staff and scale a PMO function aligned to business wide process improvement, systems implementation and review of all requests for capital expenditure. Hires included PMO Manager, Senior Strategy Analyst and Financial Services Manager.
For over 10 years, Maidlin partnered with Australia’s largest agribusiness providing support to all areas of corporate support from finance to HR to Marketing. This $3bn business was acquired by the US listed business, Agrium, and Maidlin then worked with the new leadership team to establish a strategy team aligned to driving growth into Asia. This partnership continued until Maidlin relocated to Singapore in 2019.
